Overview

This project reimagines the sporting clay as a reusable, 3D-printed target capable of surviving live-fire impacts. By combining CAD modeling, material testing, and mathematical analysis, I developed a design that maintains flight stability while improving durability over standard clays. The PLA-Pigeon highlights the practical engineering value of additive manufacturing and iterative design.
